Innovation is part of our club’s identity. Como Ventures is a world-first collaboration between Como 1907 and The Players Fund, created to give ambitious founders a new kind of launchpad, all set on t#252525he shores of Lake Como.
We back startups offering solutions to key areas where we want to innovate, offering them real-world testing grounds, access to club and community infrastructure, and a global platform to grow.
What makes us different? This is not a traditional incubator or accelerator, but a founder-first venture platform. Through our collaboration with The Players Fund we’ve got deep roots in the venture capital ecosystem as well as a global network of investors, athletes, operators, and creatives who are ready to help you scale.

How it works
APPLY
We’re looking for early-stage startups with high growth potential across six core themes, from performance and wellness to media, mobility, and hospitality. If you believe Como 1907 can help unlock strategic value for your company, we want to hear from you.
EVALUATION
Shortlisted companies will be invited to interview with key members of the Como Ventures team. We’ll assess both strategic fit and potential for real-world integration across the club’s operations, brand, and ecosystem.
SELECTION & ACTIVATION
Selected startups will be announced at our Pitch Day. Each one will be paired with specific club assets and activation opportunities, from pilot integrations to co-branded campaigns, and supported with hands-on guidance and media amplification.
DEMO & VISIBILITY
Founders will showcase progress at our flagship demo event later in the Season, with key sponsors, investors, and media in attendance.
ONGOING SUPPORT
We aim to build lasting partnerships. Post-program, we continue supporting selected startups through venture introductions, ecosystem access, and potential investment.
